Cancellation Policy

Guests credit cards will be processed for the full 100% accommodation amount if guests do not notify Banksia of a cancellation, or if guests do not arrive on the due date (no show).

With notice of cancellation the following applies:

• $20 fee with notice of cancellation or a change of date.
• 50% of the full amount when notice of cancellation is between 10 and 30 days before the due date.
• 100% for 9 days (or less) notice of cancellation.
